Sunday, nothing left on the fridge... so I had to come up with something to eat, fast, and of course elaborated!!! as I deserve it!

So, I deceided to use my WFM, and pick up a recipe menu.

So, first the ingredients:
- 2 cups of rice,
- 2 cups of water
some vegetable cans:
      - artichokes
      - mushroms
- garlic,
- ratatuille
- paprika
- leek (not in the picture)
- 1/2 squash (not in the picture)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- olive oil.
Total time: 40 minutes
Kitchen mess: not much.
Nº of starts: well, just 2/5. Probably with bouillon it will be much better. But for the small time consuming (no shopping needed, all can be done in the same pot) is worthy.


So, first thing is to fry garlic, leek and squash (5 minutes)



 Then add the rice, for a couple of minutes more

and put some tomato sauce / ratatouille also, it will give some flavour


Put the water in the microwave to heat it up (2 minutes), and pour it on the pot.
Cover it with artichokes and mushrooms,
Don't forget to put the salt at this point... even more, if you have bouillon instead of water, much better... it will be more tasty.
and close it!

Wait for the pressure marker to go up to the 2nd line, decrease the heat to a very low level (2/8) and wait for 10 minutes.





 Et voilá!
